الإتجاه الداخلى قادر على بناء الفريق أو هدمه

يقول دينس ويتلى فى كتابه حافة الفائز The winner's Edge أن القادة الحقيقيين سواء فى العمل أو المجتمع المهنى أو فى التعليم أو فى الحكومة أو حتى فى البيت يميلون إلى حافة مميزة تفصلهم عن باقى المجتمع لا يحقق الناجح نجاحه بفضل مولده أو ارتفاع نسبة ذكائه أو موهبته تكمن حافة الفوز فى الاتجاه وليس الكفاءة 

اعتقد انه من المؤسف أن كثيرين يرفضون هذه الفكرة فهم يؤمنون أن الموهبة وحدها أو الموهبة مع الخبرة كافية غير أن الكثير من الفرق الموهوبة لم تستطع تحقيق شىء بسبب الاتجاهات الداخلية للاعبيها 

قد تؤثر الاتجاهات المختلفة فى فريق مكون من أفراد يتمتعون بمستوى مرتفع من الموهبة 

القدرات + الاتجاهات = النتيجة 

موهبة رائعة + اتجاه بغيض = فريق سىء 

موهبة رائعة+ اتجاه داخلى سىء= فريق متوسط 

موهبة رائعة+ اتجاه داخلى متوسط = فريق جيد

موهبة رائعة + اتجاه داخلى جيد= فريق رائع 

اذا اردت نتائج مبهرة فإنك فى حاجة إلى أشخاص يتمتعون بموهبة متميزة واتجاه داخلى مدهش فكلما ارتفعت الاتجاهات ارتفعت الطاقات الكامنة فى الفريق وكلما انخفضت الاتجاهات انخفضت إمكانيات الفريق

In his book *The Winner's Edge*, Denis Waitley argues that true leaders, whether in the workplace, the professional community, education, government, or even at home, possess a distinct edge that sets them apart from the rest of society. Success isn't achieved through birth, high intelligence, or talent; the winning edge lies in attitude, not competence.

I think it's unfortunate that many reject this idea, believing that talent alone, or talent combined with experience, is sufficient. However, many talented teams have failed to achieve anything due to the internal attitudes of their players.

Different attitudes can significantly impact a team composed of highly talented individuals.

Abilities + Attitudes = Outcome

Exceptional talent + negative attitude = poor team

Exceptional talent + negative internal attitude = average team

Exceptional talent + average internal attitude = good team

Exceptional talent + good internal attitude = outstanding team
